Yummy Scones
INGREDIENTS:

1 x packet Lion Classic Scone Mix 535g

1 cup milk
-
Lion Plain Flour for dusting
METHOD:

Ask an adult to preheat the oven to 220˚C.

Mix scone mix and milk together with a wooden spoon to form a soft dough, then place on a floured surface.

Knead dough briefly and then roll out to a 2 cm thickness and cut with a circle cutter. Gather trimmings and cut out more scones.

Place close together on tray, lightly brush with milk (optional) and bake for 12-15 minutes.
